Connect Dotloop to trnkey Concierge
trnkey Concierge securely connects with your Dotloop account to automatically receive eligible real estate transaction information.
Once connected, continue working in Dotloop as normal. Trnkey will automatically process eligible purchase Loops when they reach the Under Contract stage.
Connect Your Dotloop Account
- Sign in to your trnkey Concierge Partner Portal.
- Select Integrations from the navigation menu.
- Find Dotloop and select Connect.
- Sign in to your Dotloop account when redirected.
- Review the requested permissions and select Approve.
- You will be returned to Trnkey Concierge and Dotloop will display as Connected.
How Syncing Works
After connecting, there is nothing new you need to do in Dotloop.
Continue managing your transactions as normal. trnkey monitors eligible transaction activity through your authorized connection.
Only eligible purchase Loops that reach the Under Contract stage are imported into trnkey. All other Loops remain unchanged in Dotloop.
Manage Your Connection
From Integrations → Dotloop → Manage, you can view:
- Connection status
- Date connected
- Last integration event
- Last successful sync
- Sync information
Disconnect or Reconnect
You can disconnect Dotloop at any time from the Integrations page or the Manage Dotloop page.
Once disconnected, trnkey will no longer receive new transaction activity from that connection.
To reconnect, simply return to Integrations and authorize Dotloop again.
Security & Privacy
Trnkey uses Dotloop’s secure authorization process to connect your account.
Your Dotloop username and password are not stored by trnkey, and access tokens and API credentials are never displayed within the trnkey Partner Portal.
Need Help?
If Dotloop shows as disconnected, reconnect your account from the Integrations page.
If an eligible transaction has not appeared in trnkey, confirm that Dotloop is connected and that the purchase Loop has reached the Under Contract stage.
